Integrative Bodywork
Structural balance meets intuition. Clinical bodywork that addresses chronic pain, injury recovery, and the emotional patterns hidden within the fascia — all designed to seamlessly meet you exactly where you are in each moment on the table.

What to Expect
Each session begins with listening: to your story, your body, and what’s happening beneath the surface. Your tissues reveal where tension lives, how patterns developed over time, and what needs to shift for lasting change. I don’t follow set routines or one-size-fits-all protocols. I follow what I find.
I work primarily with myofascial release, focusing on structural balance and clinical problem-solving. Depending on what your body is asking for, I integrate visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, intraoral work for jaw dysfunction or stress-induced patterns of clenching, lymphatic techniques, and trauma-informed somatic approaches when they arise naturally in the session. The modalities serve the tissue, not the other way around.
The goal is depth over coverage. I’d rather spend our time doing thorough, corrective work on what’s actually bothering you than rushing through a superficial full-body routine. No two sessions are identical - even with the same client - because your body isn’t static, and I adapt the work accordingly.
This approach is effective for chronic pain, structural imbalances, post-surgical recovery, old injuries, and conditions that haven’t fully resolved with other treatment. I work collaboratively with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other providers when it supports your overall care.

Best for: Focused, detailed work on specific complaints
A 60-minute session allows time for targeted assessment and hands-on treatment of one or two specific complaints—not limiting the work to where you feel pain, but following the fascial patterns and compensatory relationships that contribute to it. If you come in with neck pain, I won't just work on your neck. I'll follow the tissue where it leads—perhaps to the diaphragm and deep abdomen, down the outer hip and leg, along the spine into the low back, or behind the shoulder blade. The goal is to address the complete story of why your neck hurts, not just the site of the symptom.
This length works well for addressing acute pain or recent injuries, maintenance work on known problem areas between longer sessions, first-time clients who want to experience the work before committing to a longer session, and clients with limited time or budget who still want meaningful therapeutic outcomes.
What it won't accomplish: Full-body work or addressing multiple complex patterns in one session. If you have whole-body tension, chronic conditions affecting multiple areas, or several interconnected structural issues, a longer session will serve you better.

Best for: Comprehensive assessment with focused, transformative treatment
A 90-minute session is my favorite length to work in. It gives us time to assess your whole body for patterns and compensations, then focus deeply on the areas that will create the most meaningful change. This is the sweet spot—for you and for me. I do my best work in 90 minutes because it affords me the time to hone in on the level I really want to reach and achieve much more complete resolutions in a single session.
We may not address every single part of your body in one session—that's rarely necessary. Instead, we'll work on the regions and patterns most critical to resolving your primary complaints. If it becomes clear that more comprehensive work is needed than we have time for in one visit, I'll recommend a treatment plan with more frequent sessions over a few consecutive weeks so we can methodically address different regions and build toward lasting resolution, then ease the pace as your body stabilizes.
This length works well for chronic pain involving multiple areas—such as headaches that stem from shoulder tension or hip pain affecting your low back—as well as postural imbalances, structural misalignment, and addressing root causes rather than just chasing symptoms. It's ideal for building a treatment plan for long-standing conditions and for clients who benefit from a deeper, more comprehensive approach.
What it accomplishes: We can work on interconnected regions, identify compensatory patterns, and make real progress on chronic issues. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what's driving your symptoms and a plan for continued healing.

Best for: Comprehensive work for complex conditions, whole-body patterns, or deep corrective treatment
A two-hour session allows for thorough assessment, multiple treatment approaches, and sustained attention to stubborn or long-standing issues. This extended time is ideal for complex cases that require a slower, more methodical approach—or for clients whose bodies respond best to longer, more gradual unwinding.
This length works well for initial sessions with complex health histories involving multiple injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, as well as post-surgical recovery requiring extensive scar tissue work. It's also ideal for whole-body structural patterns that need comprehensive attention, conditions that haven't responded to shorter sessions or other modalities, and clients who prefer deeper, slower work and need time for their nervous system to integrate changes.
What it accomplishes: We can take our time. There's space to work slowly, let tissue release at its own pace, address multiple layers of restriction, and allow your body to process the work without feeling rushed. This is where transformation happens for stubborn, chronic conditions.

Who This Work Is For
You might be a good fit for this approach if you're dealing with chronic pain that hasn't fully resolved with other treatments, have structural imbalances or postural issues affecting your daily life, are recovering from surgery or injury and need skilled manual therapy, or want corrective clinical bodywork—not relaxation massage. You value collaboration and want a therapist who works alongside your other healthcare providers. You're ready to invest time and attention in addressing root causes, not just managing symptoms.
This is not a spa experience focused on relaxation or pampering, full-body Swedish massage with light flowing strokes, a one-size-fits-all protocol, or a quick fix. Meaningful change takes time, especially for chronic conditions. If you're looking for general relaxation or stress relief, there are many wonderful therapists who specialize in that work. What I offer is clinical, corrective bodywork designed to create lasting structural and functional change.
